From the moment you enter our fully gated community, you just "know" this retirement property offers that "something different," "that special feel," the assurance that you could easily spend a lifetime "feeling at home" at Veranda Park.
I arrived at Veranda Park Living 6 months prior to our Grand Opening. What an exciting and event filled time we have experienced! Some of my own personal observations will stay with me a lifetime. I observed building inspectors that pointed out the quality workmanship and design.
The things you don't see but will enjoy and experience throughout the years. Inspectors and visitors have often commented that this is one of the finest, if not the finest, communities that they have experienced on the west coast.
I would like to welcome you to visit our wonderful new community. You will find our cruise casual atmosphere refreshing. While our community is elegant in design and décor, you will immediately notice the caring, friendly staff and that "welcome home" feeling. Our mission is to set a new standard in retirement living and we are right on track. We are locally owned, locally managed and operated. It is not uncommon to see the Veranda Park owners enjoying a meal on the veranda with their own parents. It was this family connection that inspired the design and development of Veranda Park Living.
