Veranda Park estate-style community offers 28 thoughtfully designed Cottage Retirement Homes. All of our quality built Cottage Homes offer month-to-month rent with no buy-in fees. Each home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, den, living room with vaulted ceilings, and electric fireplace. The kitchens are equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. These homes also include full size washer/dryers, generous closets, and oversized single car garages. Monthly rent includes weekly housekeeping and linen service, heat/water/electric, local phone, cable TV, high-speed internet, transportation, and a daily gourmet meal in the Grand Veranda dining room.
