Veranda Park estate-style community offers 28 thoughtfully designed Cottage Retirement Homes. All of our quality built Cottage Homes offer month-to-month rentals with no lease and no buy-in fees.   Each home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, full-size washers and dryers, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, electric fireplace,  walk-in closet, and an oversized single-car garage.  The spacious and efficient 1,500 square foot floor plan is shown below.  Cottage rent includes once-a-week housekeeping, one meal per day in the Grand Veranda Dining Room in the lodge, heat/water/electric, local phone, transportation if desired, cable TV and more.  We have ONE cottage available at this time: come in and see it today!
