How do I reserve an apartment home or cottage?

Veranda Park accepts a fully refundable reservation deposit to hold the cottage or apartment home of your choice. Should your plans change for any reason, we will gladly refund your deposit.

May I furnish and decorate my own home?

Yes, residents furnish their own apartment homes or cottages to reflect their own personal taste. Your treasured keepsakes and memories are all you need to make Veranda Park your new home.

Are guests welcome at Veranda Park?

Your family and friends are always a welcome part of our active community. The “Grand Veranda” dining room welcomes your guests throughout the day. Reservations are encouraged when you dine with guests. Meals for your guests are offered at a nominal fee. Our exclusive private dining room is the perfect setting for intimate dinner parties and special occasions. Comfortable, well-appointed guest rooms may also be available for overnight stays at an affordable rate. Your family members are welcome to stay in your apartment for up to 10 days free of charge. Feel free to host your club or service organization in one our many community rooms.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We recognize that your well-behaved pet is an important part of your family. Therefore, we do welcome small pets, with a non-refundable damage fee.

What activities are offered?

Residents may pursue the interests and hobbies of their choice. All activities are designed to encourage growth, socialization and physical activity. Activities include exercise, arts and crafts, guest lectures, bridge tournaments, parties, entertainment and much more. Many residents volunteer to assist in our activity programs.
